3) No professional services; no emergency use

The Services do not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or professional advice. Do not use Detox-MD for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

4) Your content and conduct

You are responsible for what you submit or share through the Services. You agree not to submit:

• Illegal content or content that violates others’ rights.
• Malicious code, spam, or attempts to disrupt the Services.
• Sensitive personal information you do not want processed (for example, detailed medical history) in newsletter forms.

5) Newsletter and communications
